About The Project

OS Market traces its origins back to 1975 when Troels Holch Povlsen and Merete Bech Povlsen launched a single store in the Danish town of Ringkøbing. Initially, it served as an outlet to sell clothes for Troels' uncle. However, as the year progressed, the business expanded, leading the couple to venture into importing their products and selling them to wholesale partners.

Amidst the COVID-19 quarantine, our client made the decision to establish an online presence. Their requirement was a simple website to facilitate product sales. The utmost priority for the customer was a responsive website template and a seamless user experience.


Maintaining the distinct brand identity of OS Market was crucial. Given the client’s preference to minimize design changes, a thorough evaluation of existing designs was conducted to determine their alignment with the website’s goals. Based on the client’s request and customer perspective, the decision was made to utilize a pre-designed template and customize it accordingly. Several template options suitable for the client’s business were proposed, and work commenced by customizing the chosen template.
