I designed and developed a high-end, user-centric website for a Swiss tour operator using Figma, WordPress, and Elementor, focusing on seamless booking, responsive design, and an intuitive, visually engaging user experience.

Esmeralda, the founder of Viajar a Suiza, needed a digital platform to offer curated tours for Spanish-speaking travelers from the U.S. to Switzerland. The website had to reflect the elegance of Swiss landscapes while offering a fluid, intuitive booking experience.

Solutions

➤ Process

Discovery & Strategy: Collaborated with the client to understand the business vision, user demographics, and specific needs for the booking workflow.
UI/UX Design (Figma): Crafted a clean, modern design in Figma with a focus on clarity, immersive visuals, and ease of navigation. Every section was tailored to guide users toward booking with confidence.
Development (WordPress + Elementor Pro): Implemented the design using the Hello Elementor theme and Elementor Pro. Built custom reusable blocks, a responsive layout, and integrated a booking mechanism that included date selection, group size, and inquiry forms.
Optimization & Testing: Enhanced performance with lazy loading, image optimization, and caching. Performed cross-browser and responsive testing for flawless display on all screen sizes.
Client Handover: Provided personalized training and documentation so the client could manage tours and content independently.
